The Liminal Space

Mindfulness + Intention Setting = The Liminal Space

Join Trish + Kelly Wood for a space between.

Liminal is from the Latin word ‘limen’, which means threshold.  A liminal space is the time between what was and what’s next…what’s familiar and the unknown.

Let’s gather.

Included in our time together is:

  • Time to reflect on the past year and contemplate what you’re ready to release

  • Inspiration to uncover and connect deeply to what’s most meaningful to you

  • Space to get clear on what would make 2024 the most magical, inspirational and fulfilling for you.

  • A supportive community to join you in this exploration

When: December 28, 4 - 7pm

Where : Canmore Together, downtown Canmore

Investment: $88

Goal Setting Workshop

Goal Setting Workshop

Join me for this goal setting workshop in Banff!

We may think that being mindful means being present in the moment - so what does that have to do with goal setting for the future?

Mindfulness is also about being intentional and purposeful about how we're living our lives - the opposite of living on autopilot. In this way, mindfulness is all about being present NOW and making choices in this moment that support where you want to go in the future!

This session will include:

  • an exploration of your values so you can set meaningful goals to YOU (instead of goals based on what your family, friends, or culture tells you to do!);

  • a visualization component to help you imagine and dream of the life you want

  • a breakdown of how to write a goal and explanation of the two most common categories of goals

  • an exploration of how to respond when we encounter challenges and even failure in our goal setting

Saturday November 25th

1:30-4:00pm

MASTERCLASS: Gratitude

Gratitude is not something we “should do” because we ARE happy… rather, gratitude is an essential ingredient for true happiness to occur!

Being mentally present in our lives is essential in order to practice gratitude because as Joseph Goldstein says, “Mindfulness is the root of happiness.”

In other words, we have to be present for our lives in order to appreciate them.

In this masterclass we’ll look at how we can intentionally cultivate a sense of gratitude in our lives as a source of happiness.

In this masterclass we’ll discuss ways to work with worry so it doesn’t rule our lives.
