Mountain Mindfulness retreat @ banff yoga practice


For thousands of years, mindfulness and meditation have existed and been practiced all over the world. This ancient, but now data based practice has been the key to millions of people’s ability to ride the waves of life with more peace and presence. 

If you’re looking to dive into an exploration of the ways that mindfulness can nourish each moment of your life - this retreat is for YOU. Designed for both beginners and those experienced in mindfulness and meditation practices, Trish will demystify these techniques and help to make them practical and actionable in our modern lives. 

In this nourishing weekend retreat you’ll experience themed talks/workshops, guided meditation practices, yin yoga classes and opportunities to discuss and ask questions.

FRIDAY

1:00pm - 3:30pm: Finding your ground in the present moment (talk, discussion and guided meditation)

3:30pm - 6:00pm: Massage Treatments

7:30pm - 8:45pm: Yin Yoga Class: The Art of Being Still

SATURDAY

9:30am - 11:30am: Seeking Peace: Surrendering to the flow of life (talk, discussion and guided meditation)

11:45am - 1:15pm - Lunch

1.15pm - 3.15pm: Being the calm within the storm: Talk and yin practice

3:45pm - 7:15pm: Massage Treatments

SUNDAY

Morning Elixir made by Mystee Maisonet

10:30am - 12:30pm: Tapping into the wellspring of joy (talk, discussion and guided meditation)

1:00pm - 4:00pm: Massage Treatments
