MASTERCLASS: Gratitude

Gratitude is not something we “should do” because we ARE happy… rather, gratitude is an essential ingredient for true happiness to occur!

Being mentally present in our lives is essential in order to practice gratitude because as Joseph Goldstein says, “Mindfulness is the root of happiness.”

In other words, we have to be present for our lives in order to appreciate them.

In this masterclass we’ll look at how we can intentionally cultivate a sense of gratitude in our lives as a source of happiness.
