I used to think chronic stress was just the price you paid for doing meaningful work.

Early in my non-profit career, I watched dedicated, compassionate colleagues physically and mentally deteriorate. Before long, that same "Caring Tax" collected from me. I went from wanting to change the world to being burnt out, cynical, and "over it."

Everything changed when I discovered low maintenance mindfulness. I realized I didn't have to quit helping people—I just had to learn how to do it sustainably.

Today, as a mindfulness expert and former event coordinator, I bring those exact real-world, low-maintenance tools to organizations. Through my keynotes and workshops, I help your team build the resilience to stay in the mission without sacrificing their wellbeing.
