Join me for a 7 day challenge designed to calm down your busy, rushed mind with low maintenance meditation practice.

Each day, we’ll refocus on daily short, simple meditations, and contemplations to help us live more presently and less rushed.

What to expect:

  • Daily low maintenance Meditation: Practice a short (3 -4 minute) meditation audio recording each day which will help you find a moment of presence in your day.

  • Q+A: Ask Trish questions about your practice or any challenges you’re having directly in the chat and get direct answers - like personal mindful mentorship via chat!
