February 7-Day Challenge (Feb 17 -23, 2026)

Join me for a 7 day challenge designed to kickstart a more present and mindful life with low maintenance meditation practice.

Each day, we’ll refocus on daily short, simple meditations, and contemplations to help us live more mindfully.

What to expect:

  • Daily low maintenance Meditation: Practice a short (3 -4 minute) meditation audio recording each day which will help you find a moment of presence in your day.

  • Q+A: Ask Trish questions about your practice or any challenges you’re having directly in the chat and get direct answers - like personal mindful mentorship via chat!
