5 ways to make wellness programming a breeze

Do you love the idea of implementing workplace wellness training, but worry it'll be heavy lifting  on your part?

If so - you’re not alone!

Here are the top 5 things to know about how to make workplace mindfulness programming a success—and a breeze to get up and running.

Of course, you need to invest a little time to make any initiative successful, but don’t worry! It’s likely simpler than you think, and the right training provider will support you every step of the way.

🗓️ Set a schedule and select topics for the program

The same time and day won’t work for EVERYONE, but you may know that Mondays are full of meetings for your team, so another day might work better. I offer the ability to record each session so that when life, a surprise meeting, or a client issue surfaces, folks can access the recordings easily.

Together we’ll select the most impactful topics (out of my 30+ options) for the themes that will speak to your team, while solving their challenges and helping them reach their goals.

💻 Promote the program

You can send a simple email in advance, and I provide you with most of the content and even a customized video invitation for your team to get them excited. Sending calendar invites with links to the meeting (either your internal link or my Zoom account) can help remind people so they can make these sessions as a priority.

🤸🏽‍♂️ Lead by example.

Do your best to attend as many sessions as possible! Leading by example is not an empty cliche. It’s important that leaders show their team that making time for well-being is a priority.

💆🏽‍♀️Relax and enjoy

Attending the sessions yourself also enables you to take part in the exercises and techniques, and start to incorporate these techniques into your day. I promise you’ll notice a difference.

📏 Measure for success

I offer support here as well to develop survey questions so you can see the impact of this programming. From there, many of my clients choose to book more sessions after seeing and hearing the positive feedback.
