Join me for a 7 day challenge designed to kickstart your mindfulness practice and reconnect with the simple, powerful actions that help you feel your best.

Each day, we’ll refocus on intentional living and cultivate moments of peace amidst our busy lives.


What to expect:

  • Daily Meditation: Practice a short (3 -4 minute) meditation audio recording each day which will help you find a moment of mental peace and presence.

  • Daily ‘‘Harvesting Happiness” challenge: each day a new prompt will be provided to help you experience a moment of purposeful JOY.

  • Q+A: Ask Trish questions about your practice or any challenges you’re having directly in the chat and get direct answers - like personal mindful mentorship via chat!
