July 7-Day Challenge


Join me for a 7 day challenge designed to reset our mindfulness practice and reconnect with the simple, powerful actions that help us feel our best. Each day, we’ll refocus on intentional living and cultivate moments of peace amidst our busy lives.


What to expect:

  • Daily Meditation: Practice a short meditation recording each day which will help you find a moment of mental peace and presence.

  • Savour the summer: Choose one thing each day to savour (enjoy on purpose) so the the sweet moments of summer don’t pass us by. 

  • Soak up the Summer: Take time each day outside whether it’s catching some rays of the sun, listening to summer rain or taking one good deep breath of fresh air…and actually ENJOY it.

  • Q+A: Ask Trish questions about your practice or any challenges you’re having directly in the chat and get direct answers - like personal mindful mentorship via chat!

 Reset and realign with yourself in this simple, supportive challenge.
