A Quick Practice for Busy Mornings

If you've never practiced meditation or you find yourself putting off practice because of 'not enough time' - this practice is for YOU!

 

Today I'm sharing a mindfulness technique that can be as short as one cycle of breath, or as long as you'd like. 

 

I love using this technique on mornings that I know I won't have a lot of time or are particularly hectic. It's also great to use during your day when you need a moment between tasks, or just to connect to a place of calm within yourself.
