This course will introduce participants to practical mindful techniques to incorporate into their workdays. Participants will learn practices to enhance focus and productivity, reduce stress, and overall, be happier at work. There is no meditation experience necessary to take this course, however, if you already have a practice, this will serve to support you in the program further.
