About the Event

Join your hospital colleagues for a nourishing evening workshop where Trish will teach us about how mindfulness can help us reduce stress and increase our sense of inner calm. 

She'll guide us through some mindfulness practices so you'll feel relaxed and settled for the evening. 

Tickets are $20 for event attendance OR $40 for the event AND your own Mindful Mornings Journal delivered to you in Banff or Canmore.
