I'm a facilitator, speaker and coach who is extremely passionate about what I do.

  • Studied workplace mindfulness in Google's signature course Search Inside Yourself 

  • Studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction via University of Massachusetts 

  • Studied the Science of Well-being via Yale University

  • Completed Fundamentals of Coaching - Co-active Coach Training (CTI)

  • Completed multiple 5 - 10 day Mindfulness Meditation Retreats yearly

  • 10+ years of personal mindfulness practice 

  • Previous career in non-profit administration and event coordination

  • Honours degree in theatre from the University of Guelph
